Oral Sessions

Oral sessions will be held in 6 halls:

Plenary sessions, C1, C3, C4 – Conference hall in Congress-center Rubin
N1, N2, N3 – Academic hall in Congress-center Rubin
C2, C5 – Hearth Room in Congress-center Rubin
S1, S2, S4, S5 – Big Conference hall in Institute of High Current Electronics
S3, S6 – Small Conference hall in Institute of High Current Electronics
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 – Conference hall in Institute of Monitoring of Climatic and Ecological Systems

The time attributed to each oral presentation is 20 minutes. It includes 5 min for questions and switching to the next presenter. All technical material will be presented with a digital projector and a PC. We kindly ask you to load your file onto the presentation computers prior to the beginning of the session. Speakers should be present at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the Session in order to introduce themselves to the Session Chair.

Poster Sessions

Authors will have the opportunity to discuss their posters during the allotted poster sessions.
Poster Sessions will be held in House of Scientists TSC.
The size of the poster should not exceed A1 (84.1 cm high by 59.4 cm wide), and must be in portrait orientation.
Put the Title, name(s) of the author(s) and affiliation on top of the poster.
Posters can already be displayed after lunch and should be removed after the end of the poster session.
